The Qualifications We Seek

• 10+ years of IT support experience across L1, L2, and L3 end-user support environments, including Tier 3 / Tier 4 support roles
• Strong hands-on experience in cloud configuration and end-to-end Microsoft 365 administration
• Solid expertise in identity, authentication, and access management, including Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management and device configuration tools
• Strong technical knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewall troubleshooting
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across cloud, endpoint, and end-user support environments
• Strong understanding of system integrations, infrastructure dependencies, and how technologies interact across enterprise environments
• Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of technical outcomes
• MSP experience is highly preferred, with exposure supporting UK, US, or Australian clients considered an advantage

Your Daily Tasks

• Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 and cloud applications
• Perform structured troubleshooting across endpoint, network, identity, and application layers
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement long-term resolutions
• Manage user access, authentication, and identity-related concerns
• Support endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune
• Diagnose networking issues involving DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewall rules
• Own incidents from intake through full resolution with clear documentation
• Escalate advanced issues to Tier 3 teams or third-party vendors when needed
